Chief Judge Mark Walker announces that on June 22, 2025, his seven-year term as Chief Judge of the Northern District of Florida will expire. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 136(a), as the next eligible district judge, Judge Allen Winsor will assume the position as Chief Judge of the Northern District of Florida on June 23, 2025. Chief Judge Walker wishes Judge Winsor well and knows the Northern District of Florida will flourish under his leadership.
